Many thanks for giving Quicken Loans the chance to react to Mrs. Townsend’s correspondence that is recent your office. At Quicken Loans, we simply simply take great pride within our company culture—a culture that is constructed on a couple of core values we call ISMs. One such ISM is “every customer hours, each time, no exceptions, no excuses. ” That particular ISM is manifested in every thing we do, including within our thorough review and reaction to all inquiries, problems, and complaints taken to our attention. We sincerely regret any dissatisfaction Mrs. Townsend knowledgeable about us.

After getting Mrs. Townsend’s grievance, we contacted her straight. As Mrs. Townsend is aware, we don’t concur with her allegation that Quickens Loans guaranteed the deposit would be refunded “no matter what. ” Instead, we discovered that our home loan Banker correctly explained our deposit policy to Mrs. Townsend. Moreover, Mrs. Townsend’s wife finalized a Deposit Agreement on July 8, 2019, which states to some extent, “If you application is rejected or withdrawn, for just about any explanation, we are going to refund your deposit without the real price of your assessment and credit file. ” The Townsend’s house appraised on the cheap than expected, so we were not able to shut their loan because of this. In sum, a refund that is full perhaps maybe not owed towards the Townsends when it comes to reasons outlined above.
